Abundant Heart Meditation Workshop

Abundance is a state of expansion—where new possibilities unfold, inviting greater richness in relationships, health, love, and fulfillment.

Stress, emotional patterns, and attachments to the past can quietly pull us away from the life we are trying to create.

In this workshop, you will learn how to clear the mind, regulate emotions that interfere with abundance, and release ties to past experiences. You will be guided through practical tools to work with emotions and reconnect with your natural capacity for conscious creation.

The workshop includes a guided meditation designed to help you open to new possibilities, connect with the richness of life, and intentionally invite the form of abundance that is right for you.

If you are looking to expand beyond what feels possible—or simply experience more abundance in health, finances, relationships, or joy—this workshop is for you.

Investment: $45
Capacity: Limited to 10 spots
Refund Policy: No refunds; credits are offered for future workshops

Facilitators: Therapists Andrada Florescu, LPC, and Biko Sankofa, PhD
