She is passionate about working with people who are seeking to heal and evolve by using a holistic treatment approach. She brings 19 years of experience as a psychotherapist and clinician. Dr. Boosalis is a certified EMDR therapist and is trained in providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. She integrates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and spirituality into her therapeutic approach. She enjoys treating adults who are experiencing disorders of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Dr. Boosalis has attended several trainings at the Omega Institute and The Polaris Insight Center which have influenced her on both a personal and professional level. Dr. Boosalis is also a mother of three children and has a love for travel, yoga, and reading anything on spirituality.

Meghan has a naturally warm and empathetic approach to help people improve their relationships and achieve overall wellness. She enjoys working with adolescents (12+), college-aged individuals, and young adults (under 25). Meghan’s expertise includes anxiety, depression, the LGBTQIA+ community, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, in addition to family/couple dynamics. She uses a variety of approaches catered to the individual. These include humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches while also incorporating mindfulness modalities, such as mediation, deep breathing, and visualization.

Meghan is an advocate of social justice and strives to be an agent of change for marginalized groups and non-dominant groups. She holds space for diverse life experiences using empathy and self-compassion. In her free time, Meghan enjoys cooking and baking new treats, hiking, and exploring. She is passionate about helping people find their inner strength and needs, navigate their interpersonal relationships, and work through life transitions. From the onset, Dr. Grodzicki strives to create a warm, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship so that her clients feel empowered to tackle their obstacles and cultivate a meaningful life.

Dr. Grodzicki uses person-centered, interpersonal, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches influenced by Behavioral, Humanistic, and Mindfulness-based psychotherapies. She primarily works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and challenging life transitions. She partners with her clients to explore the root of their struggle, identify areas of strength and opportunity, and develop treatment goals that meet their unique needs.

Having immigrated from South America at a young age, Dr. Grodzicki has experience navigating a new culture, language, and identity. Since completing her PhD in Social Research Methodology, Dr. Grodzicki has been working as a researcher and facilitator, helping organizations understand their learning needs, develop strategic goals, and measure their impact. Dr. Grodzicki loves to travel and experience diverse cultures, foods, and theater. She also enjoys the outdoors and spends her weekends exploring new hiking trails, parks, and beaches with her family.

Tracy DeBellis is a Counseling Intern at Del Ray Psych & Wellness, LLC. Her ability to gently create and hold a safe space imbued with compassionate, nonjudgmental attentiveness with a holistic presence is core to her approach to therapy. She has 25+ years of studying, practicing, and teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. After many years of working in the fields of organizational/career development and yoga therapy, she is excited to bring her passions to the therapeutic path. Tracy’s approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy and mindfulness, based on holism, and blends person-centered and somatic/body-centered modalities. She works with somatic intelligence, integrative breathwork, mindfulness, and self-compassion to empower her clients in expanding their awareness and becoming more aligned in all aspects of their being. She specializes in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, identity development/acceptance, life transitions/challenges, self-esteem, personal growth, and spiritual/transpersonal development. Tracy believes that counseling can be a cathartic experience providing opportunities for people to become more open, curious, and receptive to all that life brings – helping them live more fully into the unknown. She is culturally sensitive and meets each client with authentic and deep curiosity about their unique personhood. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, meditating, hiking the beautiful trails near her home, and spending time with her family which includes her husband, three children and many animals (dogs, pigs, ferrets, etc.!).
