Stillness is not something we force — it’s something we gently return to. When the body settles and the mind softens, the nervous system remembers how to rest.

This deeply restorative workshop invites participants into a guided journey of relaxation, nervous system regulation, and quiet inner awareness. Through gentle breath practices, guided meditation, energy work and immersive relaxation techniques, participants will be supported in releasing mental tension, calming the body, and reconnecting with a sense of inner steadiness. Participants will also leave with practical tools they can use in everyday life to regulate their nervous system and return to a state of calm.

This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of a reset. No meditation experience is necessary.

Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you relax and feel supported.
