Mindfulness is a systematic approach to developing new levels of wisdom and internal control that allows us to engage more fully in life, creating space for greater levels of health and well-being. Stress is an inevitable part of life. Join Dr. Eng for an 8-week course where you will learn about the stress response in your body, stress management techniques, coping strategies, and mindfulness-based relaxation training. Each week will consist of a check-in and review of the previous weeks material, introduction to new topic and discussion, and end with relaxation. You will learn various relaxation techniques that will address emotional, cognitive, and physiological aspects of stress.
